Dozens of expeditions, hundreds of hours of observation, years of preparation and study, tens of thousands of photographs: these are only a few of the numbers that have gone into the creation of the first photographic book dedicated entirely and exclusively to the Apennine brown bear.
This book, the result of 15 years’ work, is a distillation of the great passion that has guided the two photographers in their extraordinary search for a species which is a symbol of biodiversity – both in Italy and Europe.
