A SCREAM FROM THE SUBANTARCTIC
the decline of wildlife in New Zealand's sub Antarctic islands

The subantarctic islands are the first green lands to emerge after the Arctic "ice desert." We embarked on a visual journey to describe life on the archipelago, where climate change is causing the decline of unique wildlife. We investigated the profound changes underway in a seemingly untouched microcosm and the daily life aboard Tiama, a special vessel that carries scientists in search of evidence of the link between climate change and wildlife decline.
